When you buy one of our powerful range of Xersizer penis pumps, you’ll be offered a complete 2-year warranty, protecting you against any malfunctions that naturally appear over that time. However, for an extra level of pump protection, we offer a few different extended warranty options, each extending the warranty to last longer, helping you to truly maximise your gains over time.

This warranty option adds an extra year’s protection, bringing your total warranty time to a full 5 years and giving you more peace of mind when using your hydropump. As with all of our warranties, this covers all malfunctioning and manufacturer defects, but doesn’t cover any damage you inflict on the pump. However, with Xersizer pumps designed to resist impacts up to (and including) being run over by a car, damaging your pump is surprisingly difficult.

When you receive your Xersizer penis pump, you’ll need to register to receive your warranty, done through our Xersizer Registration page. Every pump includes a unique PID number, letting us ensure that your Xersizer is a legitimate product, and activating the warranty.

Whether or not it’s activated, the 2-year time period for the basic warranty starts on the day that your pump arrives, so we recommend activating it as soon as you receive the pump.

Because we take data security and confidentiality seriously, we erase customer data 800 days after purchase, unless an extended warranty is purchased. If you’d like to benefit from the extended warranty option, then, make sure to buy in advance of this deadline.

How to use

3 Simple Steps

  • 1. Prep

    While you warm up you can ready the pump by ensuring the valve is set to the closed position. On the Xersizer 7, compress the black pip while filling. On the Xersizer Pro and Pro Xpert Editions, click the black pip to either side. Remove the comfort insert.

  • 2. Pump

    Insert the flaccid penis and press against the body to create a comfortable seal ensuring your testicles are below the seal. Once the pump is seated correctly, flick the black value pip to the centre and gently pump. Continue pumping until you reach maximum comfortable & safe pressure.

  • 3. Repeat

    After 3 minutes press down the clear valve cap at the end of the pump to release the pump. Form an ok grip and gently slide the grip from the base of the penis along the shaft, stopping at the glans. Repeat this for 2 minutes to allow the penis to relax. Refill and repeat 2 more times.
